My roof looks nice only time will tell if it's done right, had 8 non English speaking people put the roof on, **** never showed up to supervise, see if things were being done correctly. **** shows up at the end of the day to pick up extra materials and that was it! Make this company give you a quote on price BEFORE you involve your insurance company and don't sign ANYTHING to you talk to your insurance company! ***************** told me this is one of two of the worst roofing companies to deal with! And then wants to leave his roofing company sign in front yard for free advertising, it's now in the trash...

Our crew supervisor was on the jobsite the entire time. The roof is installed correctly. Not our first roof. Yes ************** do not install the roofs myself as I am the roofing company *****. Over the years I have hired help to install the roofs.... Does The owner of ******* work the cash registers? Does the owner of a ********* flip the burgers day in and day out? NO THEY ARE THE ***** AND HANDLE BUSINESS ***** THINGS. We always order extra materials on every job for safety purposes to make sure there is enough material on site to roof straight through to completion so it doesn't rain in your house. I worked hard to get your insurance company to pay for the roof. Thats what you hired me to do. I was very transparent about the process and procedure from day one. Without me you would have never got the roof approved through insurance in the first place. When your insurance adjuster showed up on site to initially inspect the roof you kicked them off the jobsite? It took me months to get that sorted out for you and get everything back on track! What is your problem with me? Seriously? I don't understand.Review from Rocky M

Shady owner with a shady past. Will take your money and run. Owners wife will attack and degrade you as a human. Does not hold up their warranty. Or follow contracts.Thompson Roofing & Siding Response

This is a review from a disgruntle ex employee named *********************************. Not a customer of the business. ******* and I did not get along so we parted ways. ******* was very impatient and had unrealistic expectations of my employ so we ended the employee/employer relationship -**** Thompson, owner.
