    11/16/2022 order no. ****** paid $139.09 by credit card for 3 grow boxes. All 3 boxes are defective. The 8 mounting pegs on the bottom container will not align with the 8 mounting holes in the top container of the box. There is a large amount of warping in the bottom container. As you can see in picture "Peg Misalignment", only three of the attachment pegs are visible in the corresponding mounting holes. The other five pegs are not even close to the top container mounting holes. I called company 11/23/2022. They will not pay return shipping. Cheapest is $55+ for me to ship. I should not have to pay to return a defective product. Based on other complaints filed here, it takes up to one year for the company to return a customer's money. If I had checked here first, I would never have purchased the boxes. The company claims membership in Mail Order Gardening Association which changed its name to: Direct Gardening Association). It is defunct according to its website. It also claims membership in Direct Marketing Association (now ANA). ANA appears to allow complaints only by its members. Supporting documentation provided: Purchase invoice. Picture "Peg Misalignment" Showing only 3 out of 8 base container mounting pegs are visible in their respective mounting holes on the top container. Picture "Hole Spacing" Showing the top container mounting hole spacing is 2.75". Picture "Peg Spacing 1" Showing the distance between pegs at this end of the bottom container mounting feature is 2.75". The mounting hole spacing on the top container is 2.75". Picture "Peg Spacing 2" Showing the distance between pegs at the opposite end of the bottom container mounting feature is 2.25". The mounting hole spacing on the top container is 2.75". The pegs are out of position by 0.5".

    I first called to see if the units were in stock It was promised by Mother's Day and then ordered by internet they charged my credit card the next day 2 Weeks later I have not received them I called the phone today and they said the units are coming in in 2 Weeks and then we'll ship ***** and arrive Within 1 week like tomatoes should have been in the ground 2 Weeks ago After reading all these negative responses I think I might just cancel The Order and order It from Amazon from my competitor we'll see what happens.
