11/16/2022 order no. ****** paid $139.09 by credit card for 3 grow boxes. All 3 boxes are defective. The 8 mounting pegs on the bottom container will not align with the 8 mounting holes in the top container of the box. There is a large amount of warping in the bottom container. As you can see in picture "Peg Misalignment", only three of the attachment pegs are visible in the corresponding mounting holes. The other five pegs are not even close to the top container mounting holes. I called company 11/23/2022. They will not pay return shipping. Cheapest is $55+ for me to ship. I should not have to pay to return a defective product. Based on other complaints filed here, it takes up to one year for the company to return a customer's money. If I had checked here first, I would never have purchased the boxes. The company claims membership in Mail Order Gardening Association which changed its name to: Direct Gardening Association). It is defunct according to its website. It also claims membership in Direct Marketing Association (now ANA). ANA appears to allow complaints only by its members. The pegs are out of position by 0.5".
