****** ***** *** ******* ******* son, came out to trim three and remove two small trees on September 9th, 2022. I foolishly paid $1000 up front. They left numerous dead branches on the trees, did not apply the tree wound compound like he said he would, and did not remove the two stumps as he said he would. This was back in early September. I have called ******* and ***** multiple times per week since, leaving voicemails each time. I have been texting ***** with no response. They got their money, did the job half way, and now are ignoring me.Business response

This is a response to a claim made against our business…. Truman Lake Tree and Lawn Care. They customer ****** ********* *** ********* **
************ ** *****, was never given a bid for stump grinding. The customer was given a bid to remove a tree and leave everything. ***** told ****** that “if” we had another job call in from Warrensburg with a stump grinder, he would swing by and remove the root and stump. Customer was not charged for stump grinding. Customer was charged for tree removal, which was complete and paid for at the end. If the job was not complete the customer wouldn’t have paid us. We NEVER ask for pay in advance. The few times that has happened is on HUGE landscaping jobs. However, we really haven’t done work in Warrensburg in 2 years, we haven’t had work there. Therefore we have not been back up there with a stump grinder. We have an A+ rating with BBB, and didn’t get it by not completing work. We would also like to keep our A+ rating.
