            May 5, 2021 **** Worthy came to see project for a fireplace remodel. **** said he would complete the project in 6 to 8 weeks. **** emailed us his estimate# **** $2965.00 for the project on May 13, 2021. Called **** May 13, 2021 and to accept his estimate. **** told us he could not schedule the project until he had received a deposit of $1000.00. I mailed him check #**** for the $1000.00 as he required. Check cleared bank May 21, 2021. **** stopped answering texts or phone calls/ messages. July 23, 2021 using a neighbors phone we called **** answered the call. **** said he had been too busy. He said he could not do the job till next year. I told him we did not want to wait that long. **** apologized and said he would send our $1000.00 deposit back so we could hire someone else. As of 9/15/21 he still has not returned our $1000.00. All we want is our money back. BBB has Worthy Homes, LLC as A+ rating. We have always trusted BBB, we are in our 70's how many others are victims.

            The owner and his crew are amazing. When we first moved to the area 4 years ago, they remodeled our entire kitchen along with a few other projects including building an office space in my husband's garage. We were so pleased with them, that when it came time to build a mother in law suite onto our home we didn't have to think twice about who we wanted to do the work. Even during the covid pandemic, although a lot of material was either unavailable or on backorder, they came thru for us. We have several future projects in mind and we know who we will be calling.****** and *************************
