My dad passed away. *********************, the owner of tri state auction agreed and signed a sales agreement with a witness/notarized signature to pay me, the seller ******************* $4500 to sale the estate items within 30 days with the amount to be paid by May 10, 2022. All items have been sold, buyer has been contacted and will not respond to messages and has not paid as agreed. I am the executor of the estate.Initial Complaint

I participated in an online auction. I purchased items for a total of $103.00 and I sent a payment to the auction house on January 20, 2022. I still haven't received the items. I have tried calling this auctioneer. I have sent messages also. They are not responding and not returning calls. This is the third time that this has happened. He blocks me from his auctions. I have offered to pay the shipping. I used Facebook pay to pay for the items.
