      I went for a examine in October/2022, They ordered samples for me to try first. I waited a couple for the samples, but it was beyond a couple of weeks. I had to call them. I was informed that the lady who handles that was not there that day. I waited and they never called and I had to call them again. I would have to initiate contact each time. During the time I did receive the sample contact and I informed the office that I could not see as good as the contacts I had from the previous year. I called the office in January and spoke to a lady and she hung up the phone and I called and spoke with the doctor, and he stated that I should not call talking to his staff in that manner. I explained that to the doctor that the lady had choice words and that I have been dealing with not having contacts since October. The Doctor asked "what did I want?" I informed that I just want my contacts and he continued to ask me that same question two more times. I gave him the same answer. The doctor eventually stated do not call the office. I would like a prescription for contact lens as the same prior to my exam.

      I would be happy to refund the consumer for his exam.   His prescription in his left side changed.  The contact companies are having supply chain issues.  He called two weeks after his exam.  He said he was having issues with his contacts and wanted to know why he hadn't been called about his order.  We let him know the contacts were on backorder.  He was not happy with that.  He then called and he proceeded to curse the employee out and said he shouldn't have to wait that long.  I spoke to him and asked him to stop the language and I told him I could help him.  He continued to curse at me and we hung up.

      This consumer used insurance.  We will write off his balance of $70 and have his insurance reinstated.
