Wouldnt hire anyone else to fix my home repairs. They work hard and they get the job done right. Our pipes broke and they worked non stop for 15 hours so my family could have a good Christmas. 10/10 recommend

I hired them to remodel my kitchen. The cabinets were dinged up and they also broke my floor tiles. There was paint on the light switches and glasses. They cursed while doing the job. They broke my glass tiles on the backsplash on my walls. They are not professional.

The dinged-up cabinet happened when you demanded we cut out the back of the cabinet and install a door on it so you could access it easier. The part that was damaged was inside the cabinet near the base, and we did explain the ramifications. You did not mind as long as there could be another door added to the back of the cabinet. As far as the broken floor tile, I was unaware that was an issue. We did fix flooring issues that we were aware of with the **** If you are still experiencing issues with the flooring, you may want to consider clipping the nails on all of your dogs. The touch up painting you took over on 07/09/2022. The night before you were leaving and he asked where the paint was so he could touch up, and you brought him the wrong color, so you told me you would be taking care of what painting was left. And I apologize for the curse words, it is construction. The backsplash that you purchased did have a few pieces that had chipped edges, which unfortunately was unnoticeable until the grout was applied. And you had one piece that somehow had no color, maybe just a defective piece, that you said was so small it would be hidden by the coffee pot. We took the cost of painting off your bill and did everything possible to try to make your job perfect. As far as our professionalism goes, we don't mix business and pleasure. When you discovered we kept our work life completely separate from our private life, you did shift from loving the work done by your installer, to being completely unhappy, no matter what we did. You personally harassed me at all hours of the day, and nothing we suggested worked. It is unfortunate that you let your personal feelings get in the way of letting us do our job. In the end, this job could have been perfect, and your review would not have been an accurate reflection of our work.
