I just read the review from ********** below mine and we had the exact same experience. Both xxxx and x** were excellent in their work and manners . They were on time, neat and finished the job while explaining the process in what they had done and what we should expect with the rebate and paperwork that would be forwarded for the County inspection. Highly recommended.

This company was top notch and would recommend them to anyone and everyone in a heartbeat...From their estimate to the installation to their financing options, they are fair, equitable and an absolute pleasure to do business with!

We just started with Design Aire. The crew that installed our new furnace and air conditioner did a very good job. They arrived on time, and did a good job of explaining what they were going to do and what we needed to do. The crew chief was very professional in his communication with me at the start of the job, during the job, and at the end when he explained how the warranty worked, how the Ameren rebate would work, and when he explained the bill. If all of their crews are like the one I had, I can recommend them to anyone who needs a new furnace and/or air conditioner.

They are always fast, friendly, affordable and very professional! We have used them over the last 7 or so years- and always recommend them!

Ive been a customer for decades. ********************** has the best service around. All of the service people are professional, courteous and very knowledgeable.

I would not recommend this company to any one after what I experienced. My house was not cooling well and I thought that freon may be low.I signed up for the a/c tune up and furnace tune up. The technician came and he didn't perform the pressure test to check for the possible leak. He didn't perform any of the tune up service items either. All he did was to clean the outside unit with water, added 3 lb of freon and charged me $ 292.Few days passed and house was not cooling well. Second technician came, he checked inside cooing coil unit for the possible leak and there was no leak. Then he opened one side of the outside unit and he told me the leak is there. He quoted $672 for the repair which included the freon. I agreed to that. He repaired the copper joint.Few days passed and same result, house was not cooling well. He came back and that time told me the leak is in the bottom of the unit and cannot be repaired.Later I thought the copper joints do not leak and in this case for the 12 years old unit. Our houses have copper water pipes and joints never leak.THAT PROVES THAT THE TECHNICIAN AND HIS MANAGER BOTH ARE INCOMPETENT AND DIDN'T HAVE SECOND THOUGHT THAT LEAK IN COPPER PIPE JOINT IS UNLIKELY.Later I talked to the owner and told him about my experience with his technicians poor performance and I lost total of $964 because of that. He had no answer for that, so told me that he wanted to think over the weekend and would call me back on Monday. Today is Wednesday and I haven't heard from him. I believe he used thinking over the weekend as an excuse to admit the technicians' poor performance and refund me my money.

**** was great! Did maintenance on my A/C in a timely manner and took time to explain everything. Would highly recommend!

***** was prompt and friendly, and went above and beyond to find the simplest solution to our problem. He checked over both our AC units thoroughly at no extra charge and offered DIY tips to keep them running efficiently and prevent future calls. He even shop vacd the water that was draining out of the unit he HADNT come to service. Working in the mechanical industry, I know being a service tech is not a glamorous or easy job, especially in the hottest days of summer, but ***** treated our fairly small job like his top priority. Weve always been happy with Design Aire, but give this man a raise.

On time, explained the issue & provided the solution. A very pleasant experience.
