Me and my husband purchased a mattress set on 10/2021. The mattress began to sink in within 9 months to a year of the purchase. We rotated the mattress and finally it dawned on me that we have a warranty. We went the the store and the gentleman there said that they had been having problems with the ******* mattresses and we shouldn't have a problem getting a new mattress. He printed out a receipt for ** and showed ** how to do the claim online. I did the claim and received a call saying since we bought the floor model we don't have a warranty. I called the store and have not heard from the manager and it's been atleast 3 days. We were never told that by getting the floor model it was an as is sell. If that had happened we would have waited to get one from the warehouse. All we want is another mattress. We didn't spend ****** on mattress and foundation to have no warranty. I purchased from this store on the 16th of Dec, they delivered the mattress this past Wednesday on the 21st. After they delivered the mattress and I tried it out, I called them the next day to tell them they have given me the wrong mattress and want the one I paid for. They stated they sent the correct mattress when I purchased a firm mattress not soft and refused to exchange the product. They stated I could get the correct one if I paid for the correct mattress and the restock fee for the incorrect mattress I received. I just want the mattress I paid for because I have major back problems and need a firm for my back.
