On November 28 2022, my family ordered from the Dominos in Maryland Heights Mo. One of the pizzas was to be well done. When we got home we discovered that the pizza was absolutely burnt to a crisp. I went back to the store for a refund for the burnt pizza. As soon as I requested a refund their exact words were "they were not gonna refund ****". They even called the police to try to say I was disturbing the peace for place the burnt pie on the counter. I want a full refund of the order.

On November 28 the customer had ordered a well done pizza and when a customer orders well done we send it 2 times.  So the customer came to the store very hostile he said he had been calling but had not received an answer. He asked to speak to a manager so my assistant manager asked how he could help him.  The customer stated that he wanted someone else.  He again asked for another manager and still refused to speak with my assistant manager. So I explained that I was the general manager and no one else was above me at the store.  He grabbed pizza he had brought in a zip lock and threw it on the counter and demanded a refund. He then asked me if I would eat this pizza and I replied that I would not eat the pizza because I do not eat well done pizza.  I then told him that we would not be able to refund him because it looked like he ate all of the pizza except the slice he brought in. So he picked up the pizza and threw it at my assistant manager and it almost hit him.  At this point he asked for a refund of the entire order. I told him that he would not receive a refund because he ate all of the product.  After this he started reaching across the counter and started cursing at my assistant manager.  They then began to exchange words.  The customer picked up his phone and said he was recording everything and said that he had called the police but that was a lie, he did not call the police. The situation escalated and I asked him to leave.  He said he was not going to leave until he received a full refund. So I called the police in Maryland Heights and he and my assistant manager again began to exchange words so I escorted him out to wait for the police to show up. As I was escorted him out he said "You people don't need to be running a business like this."  Then the police came and I explained to them that he would not receive a refund and that he was free to call our corporate office.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:
They are flat out lying. I had called the police and even encouraged the police to review their own surveillance tapes which the store conveniently said were not working. It was the assistant manager that was sarcastically yelling at me to throw the pizza. Just check their ****** reviews it clearly shows I am not the only one that has experienced this terrible service.

      Sincerely,
      **** ******

I ordered and my pizza was undercooked and just a mess, The pasta was burnt and it also barely had any in it. I have been on hold for over an hour at this time. I am still on hold while doing this report. I am feeling dizzy and lightheaded at the moment. I have been trying to deal with this location for awhile now. I am tired of paying for stuff and not getting what I am ordering. I ask for pan pizza and I get a thin pizza or a lord knows what type of crust and when you order the pasta it is lacking in toppings and quantity.. I DO NOT WANT A CREDIT BECAUSE I AM NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. I HAVE WASTED ALMOST $97 FROM THIS TIME AND PREVIOUS ORDERS WITHOUT BEING CORRECTED
