I hired them to replace a water heater and they came out on 10/14/22 to replace it. He installed the water heater without an expansion tank which is a code violation and installed the flu upside down. As of today he still hasn't come back to remove the old water heater. I had to hire a new plumber to correct the poor workmanship and install the expansion tank. As for the old water heater, he said he would pick it up the following day, 10/15 but didn't. When I texted him he said he came by on 10/18 but broke his trac dolly and would be back the following week but if I wanted him to get to right away, carry it up to the top of the stairs and he would pick it up. I paid the landscaping company $60.00 to carry it up and informed them on 11/1 that I paid someone to carry it up the stairs and to please pick it up for removal. He has broken promises four times since 11/1 and has yet to pick up the water heater. He keeps telling me sorry he's very busy and he will be by soon.Business response

THE PHOTO ATTACHED IS PIC OF CUSTOMERS FLUE PIPE. THE FLUE PIPE IS EXISTING FLUE PIPE THAT CUSTOMER ALREADY HAD EXISTING, WE ONLY ATTACHED TO NEW WATER HEATER THAT HE SUPPLIED.
FLUE PIPE IT IS GOING THE CORRECT WAY AS PER PLUMBING CODE. PLEASE LOOK AT PHOTOS, I HAVE PICS OF BEFORE AND AFTER , THE EXPANSION TANK, WE TOLD HIM BY CODE IT IS REQUIRED BUT HE DID NOT PROVIDE US WITH AND DID NOT WANT TO PAY US TO PURCHASE ONE AND INSTALL IT.
OLD 75 GLA. TANK WAS REMOVED ON NOVEMBER 24,2022 WEDNESDAY, DAY BEFORE THANKS GIVING.
