            Purchase of a vehicle that was never delivered. Multiple attempts to discuss with the financial manager of the business were never responded to. Vehicle was posted back for sale mid-December 2022 while the loan on the vehicle is still in my name. With a payment due on 1/12/23, the business should have made it more of a priority to settle the dispute prior to reposting the vehicle for sale.

            Breach of Contract!Briefly, I put a deposit down on a used truck with this business. We agreed that I would get a cashier's check from the bank and return to purchase either Monday 12/4/23 or Tuesday 12/5/23. I texted with the sales person Monday morning confirming interest in the truck & advising him of a snag at work that would keep me past closing hours that day. In return I got a rather cryptic text about things getting "hot" and him "fighting to keep" my deposit. I got a follow up text at about 3pm that day telling me they had sold the truck and that my card hadn't been charged. While I am grateful that I didn't lose any money, just my time, I wanted to warn others out there of the potential danger in dealing with this group. I did advise the dealership of my intent to contact the Attorney General and the BBB to file complaints regarding their breach of contract. I have multiple text messages and additional conversations with the sales person, but this is the gist of the matter. Buyer be cautious and beware.

            On November 27th ********************************* visited our dealership. He test drove the Tundra stating that he likes the truck but needs to speak to his wife. A few hours later that day **** called and put a refundable deposit of $500 down to take it off the market. They agreed to come on Friday, Dec 1st and finalize the deal. They both showed up Friday at 11:30 am **** test drove the Tundra, she stated she was going to think about over the weekend could we give her until Monday. That Monday our salesman called ****, she stated there were a couple of unexpected folks in town at her place of business she would update us before the end of the day. On Tuesday, December 5th, an interested party visited our dealership and purchased the Tundra cash. Personally, I think complaints such as these are ridiculous and without merit. She had ample opportunity to purchase, and the Dealership took the car off the market for a week. If she had backed out at any given time, the dealership would have lost several opportunities to sell the Tundra. We find this complaint absurd and consider the matter closed.
