I went on their website (gibsrottweilerpuppies.com) and inquired about a puppy. I was then contacted via email (and Text message) about and available puppy. After filling out their inquiry forms to determine if I was a good match. I received another email stating that I was deemed a good match and was sent a contract to sign. I signed the contract and made the agreed upon payment. I then received another email with shipping information and routing number for the puppy. I received another email from the shipping company asking me to pay for an airconditioned crate. ($2,000.00). I then contacted the breeder who also tried to convince me to pay this additional fee. After going back and forth and him reducing the fee to $700 (to which I still refused), I asked for a full refund as per the signed contract. That is when he said that he will not refund me my money. So I paid $700 dollars for a product (puppy) that I never received.
