I pre-paid for some funeral arrangements. I got a receipt. When I got a good report from my doctor, and I changed my mind, wanting my money back. The total amount was $9953.00. They filled out paperwork and submitted it to corporate. They were agreeable to give me a refund. They said I would have it in 3 - 5 days. Now it's been 7. When I called the home in Mexico, they told me they had submitted the paper work -- but the corporate office said they had not received the paper work, but said the Mexico office had the refund.
