  07/10/2024 I purchased car with the understanding the car ran good they had been driving no issues . I had to rent uhaul plus dolly to get car got car rental had to be back folling day on the 11th this is when actually the car was pulled off dolly . I start the car it's running after 3 min or so car is smoking black smoke vibrating car is shaking obviously something is wrong I call the guy and he says I can see your upset bring car back after I just spent ****** plus ***** Xtra mileage to pick it up now I said will you pay to have it hauled back absolutely not you picked up you figure out h I w to get it back here I'm crying so I hang up then he starts calling me back telling me to take Pic of mileage and car better not get driven one more mile or he is not taking it back . So I'm left not knowing what to do I call my lawyer to get advice no help take your loss then another told me the same so now I **** the guy he is cursing I'm stupid I said I have to drive this car have no transportation .he is cursing it's not his problem .So I finally come sat let him know I'm bringing the car I got a little help to get a uhaul and now I can bring the car back I'm on my way so after a hour or so he call me to tell me there closed now . So now I'm crying thinking I'm screwdrivers here now I owe someone money for helping me this guy is playing with me . So I asked him when someone would be around since there suppose to open still 6 pm on sat .He says we make up our own times to be open here we never f know we don't f care what you do ??. This is how I'm treated tried asking about trading on another car no response so now I. Here seeking some help I'm out of money and resources cause I have not pd my resources now . I would like my uhaul fees and my 2000 back please **

  Basically the car was for sale and advertised as is and we told her about the transmission noise.  She came and we inspected it and it passed safety inspection.  She said it started smoking and we told her to bring it back and we will give her money back.  I told her to take a picture of the miles.  She was supposed to bring it back but never showed up.  I tried to call her, we would talk to her a little bit and she would hang up.  It was advertised as sold as is.

  I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because: 

  Hi this is ***** with the 2009 ******* The rings in the car are bad and this is the cause of the smoking so bad seems maybe someone put seafoam in the car I dk but I'm bringing it back this morning to you also I'm bringing my papers for the uhaul it coat me to come there and get this cat. I feel you should reimburse plus the ******* whether anyone k ew about the issue or not I don't care it is what it is. Someone driving this car around like you say you have been in the past few weeks this has happened to them there is no way this car just starts this in a matter of 2 min running here . Rt now I'm deciding taking my chances to drive the car to you ? Because I used up my funds and resources to get the car thinking it was gonna be ok .So let me know if you have another option getting the car there .I need something done today .Uhaul total ****** ***** ***** = 

   I am not going to argue with you . It is that simple . My attorney will be in touch . I do not think I was asking to much considering the facts .So all your going to do is cost yourself more money . My parents owned a car lot so I do know I will get my money back also the cost od uhaul fees . And give me my money back we call it done at that point . It maybe has 25 miles since yesterday . My attorney advised me to take my loss on uhaul fees get money back on car . I'm a single person trying to make a living I deta boats for a living . I spent every cent I had to come and buy this car .I figured it would be a good car the guy telling that you all were dri *** it around .I do not see how seems it would make things worse on the cars transmission . I'm not sure if you take pmts if so you have a few cars that interests me that way your not having to give my mo ney back and agree on a monthly pmt we can be friends from here on. So if you want to work with me I'm good with it ? I'm working on getting the car back to you ... So I will bring the car back today to you . I assure you the car is in same shape cleaner than when I picked it up and serviced .. it will be getting hauled I'm taking that since I have not heard back from you that you do not want to work out on another car that's cool just return what I gave you in cash.
