My husband is in the ******** Army National Guard and he needed his dress blues altered. He needed patches sewn on and his pants hemmed and his gold braid for his wrist sewn. The quality of work completed was awful. The owner tried to say that we didn't give enough of the braid so it was ************** and messed up, not straight at all. She could of called if needed and we could of brought her some more. But he took in an adequate amount. The patches were not put in the correct spot and were already hanging off. The pant legs were not the same length nor hemmed to the right spot, they were too long. Just a number more things that were not done correctly. She informed him to just hide the spot on the braid that was bunched up as much as he could. She also still charged him because "she did still do the work". She had the items for a month and we didn't even need them finished for 2 months and she still called and stated they were "ready".Business response

The consumer did not bring the needed cord for his uniform. We did the best we could with what we had. We discussed the consumers concerns and offered to correct the stitching, but they said it was fine. I discounted the service already, however acting in good faith we will provide a full refund.Customer response
