      Someone at this facility charged my bank card $7.49. One, I have never been to any of their locations. Two, how can they charge my account with a negative balance?

      In November 2021 I bought some items from them in their Waco Texas store. They did not have the quantity I wanted and the manager said she could get some transfered from another location. So I bought all they had with knowledge of getting 3 more. She said it would take a couple of weeks and I was ok with that. I checked back with the Waco store after 2 weeks and she told me they had been transfered from a Oklahoma store location. After that I checked back with the Waco store several times and was told the same story. I called customer service in Moberly ( corporate office ) and she said she would check with the correct personnel and give me a call back. Waited a couple of weeks and called Moberly location again. She told me she was still waiting for them to call her back. Called the third time and no one answered so I left a message and to date no one has called me. The item sku # is ************ item # *****

      To Whom it May Concern:

      We are in receipt of your February 11, 2022 letter involving a complaint by Mr. ******* *****. The enclosed copy of Mr. *****'s complaint was an enclosure received from the Better Business Bureau.

      Based on the information contained in the complaint, we looked into this matter and have found Mr. ***** contacted Customer Service at the corporate office regarding the jars mentioned in his letter. Mr. *****'s complaint appears to simply be that the Orscheln Farm & Home store in Waco did not have sufficient stock and was unable to obtain the jars from another store location within the time frame that he found acceptable. We have confirmed that the Store made attempts to locate the jars in another store and have them transferred. Corporate Customer Service was able to locate jars in another store location and they were received by the Waco store on Monday afternoon, February 28, 2022.

      As is our normal customer service policy, we reached out to Mr. ***** to resolve the issue. Because one of the jars was damaged in transit by UPS, Mr. ***** was offered the remaining two jars at no cost, which he accepted.

      For over 60 years, Orscheln Farm and Home has maintained a tradition of serving its customers with quality, service, and convenience. This tradition continues.
