On 10/25/2019 I placed an order for $161 and some cents at this business and I was told it could take over 6 months to receive so I requested a refund. I have tried to contact them and they answered for a year and then stopped all contact. I have still waited for the refund, but now Im using a different bank and they still refuse to answer me to work something out. I was unaware of the ability to file a complaint with the BBB until today, 01/05/23 and I am now doing so, especially considering most of the complaints I see have the exact issue I do. This companys website is still up and actively trying to sell things and I feel they should not be able to due to my circumstances alone. Theyre customer service is awful and I have been on a refund list for over 3 years.Initial Complaint

On March 2 2020 @ 1:38pm I purchased from Fig Tree ************** Super deluxe Go Bag for $345.98 .it included free shipping . I sent several messages to them on their website . Asking for my merchandise and they replied (they were low on merchandise). We are in December 2023 and Fig Tree Market Place has not giving us our refund or merchandise as we messaged again on it. On 9/21/2019, we ordered a Disaster Preparedness Bundle from Fig Tree Marketplace, paid by PayPal, for $216.79. Despite numerous email exchanges with this company (all documented) and promises to send the product, with additional items as compensation for the delay, nothing has happened since the funds were sent. Now finally no response at all. Yet the website remains up and they are still soliciting orders. We have been waiting to allow the company to either refund or send the product in good faith based on their constant updates that it was about to happen. We now believe it will never happen without outside intervention.We counted on having this product during the pandemic as a safety backup. This company uses the cover of an honest religious organization to attract trusting buyers, then keeps the funds, using delay after delay to drag things out. Behavior condemned by that same religious organization! !We and others dealing with this company believe this is fraudulent activity, and liable for prosecution under the Federal Internet Fraud statutes. Before beginning that process, we are attempting this final approach. We want a refund of our original $216.79 credired to our PayPal account.We appreciate your help in our case and efforts to prevent this company from continuing to take advantage of other trusting customers. The original honorable founders of the ****** parent business would never have allowed this behavior. It is a stain on their good name.Initial Complaint

I ordered a super deluxe to go bag for $175.99 from Fig Tree Marketplace. They withdrew from my account 6/19/20 of $175.99 and still have not received my order or received a refund from this company. I contacted the company on several occasions, support ticket number ******. I also have a Ref#**** .
