The School District contracted with the Miracle Recreation authorized dealer for our area for the purchase and installation of repair parts on a playground located at one of our elementary schools. Date of order was June 2022. To date, no parts have been received and no work has been performed. We have tried to contact Miracle directly but there is no answer to any of the telephone numbers. We have also tried to contact authorized dealers for other areas of the country to try and get alternate contact information for someone at Miracle, but we were unable to reach any of the other authorized dealers. The authorized dealer has stalled for almost a year and the District has a playground that has been a safety hazard for our children. Partial email chain is attached.Business response

The customer has been contacted and we explained that the parts are due to ship next week. The repairs will be made upon arrival of the parts. The customer was satisfied with our plan.Initial Complaint

Our church, Peace Lutheran Church of Deshler Nebraska ordered a crawl tube for our preschool on May 27, 2021. We paid for it then. It was ordered through Miracle's distributor Crouch Recreation out of Elkhorn, Nebraska. This product has not been delivered yet. Crouch has been trying to get answers on when it will be delivered but has not received any kind of answers yet. I started calling Miracle directly last week. I have left multiple voice mail messages and have not received any responses yet. Order number was **********. I am looking for answers on when this product will be delivered. I believe waiting a year for a product that has already been paid for is outrageous. I don't think it is out of line to expect delivery as soon as possible at this point as well as a refund of some sort.Business response

I spoke with ***** **** this morning. I let him know that his order shipped on June 2nd and he should be expecting delivery Monday June 6th. I apologized for the long lead times and the difficulty obtaining information on his order. We agreed on a partial refund of his money and ***** seemed satisfied with the outcome.
