I'm not sure what happened here. I found Mounts Plumbing through the *** and they had a 4.9 rating. Their ****** rating is also very high. I called them and they set an appointment within a week. ****** came out, was professional and courteous. He offered a solution to both shower problems and I purchased the parts. He returned when they were in. I had had 3 previous plumbers all offering to tear out the wall, replace the entire kit and hook up an entirely different system because "it would be better". ****** fixed the problem with the parts ordered and all was done and dusted. No inflated problems, solutions or costs and no talking down the other plumbers. The service and labor were more than reasonable, I trusted ******'s assessment of the problem as he explained what was happening and how he would repair it and now I'm a very happy camper with showers!Review from Holly H

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They were dispatched by my home warranty company to look at my hot water heater which was working but did not have a long hot water duration. Technician told me he was recommending replacement. That evening, we no longer had ANY hot water. Called the company and left a message. Nobody returned my call. I called back and was told it was just a coincidence that it stopped working. I insisted that something had to have been touched because we had hot water before they arrived, it just didn't last long. He said the technician said he didn't touch it. I asked how do you diagnose a problem or solution without touching the equipment? He said he took pictures. I said I needed someone to come back out and he told me it would be next week and again insisted that it was just a coincidence it stopped working. When I told him I would be requesting a new company do the work, he laughed and hung up. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!Review from Preston T

This company was dispatched by my home warranty company. The first visit the technician replaced the wax ring and said it was fixed. Well, that evening we went downstairs where the leak was only to find more water than before he came. Then they sent another tech who looked at it and said it was the copper tubing in the wall behind the sink. So, they cut two large holes in the drywall. Then he left and came back the next day. This time there was 4 of them and they said they were going to replace the wax ring and then they would submit to the warranty company to approve the tubing in the wall repair. Never heard anything back. So, I emailed them and was told the warranty company denied the claim. So, I researched and found that no claim was ever submitted. So, I go the warranty company to send the work order to another plumber who showed up onsite and found that they had replaced the wax ring but did it wrong and there was a pool of water right were the ****** meets the tile. These guys are a joke. Now I am stuck with two large holes in the drywall in the closet behind the bathroom and had to get another plumber to fix the issue.
