      I went to Super Lube and Tire in **************, ******** on March 13, 2023. I went in to the business asking for an oil change, they said no problem, we will get it done. Few minutes pass and what I assume is the manager come in and told me that they didnt have the oil filter for the size of my car and that he went to go get one. Instead of asking me if that was okay, he just charged me an extra fee for going and getting one. Then he come back later and said they were going to put ******* 5w 40 ********** in my 2013 Dodge Dart. We questioned that but he assured us that it was right and the reason was because it was a turbo. Being a 23 year old female unequipped with a vast knowledge of oil for cars, I didnt question it because I figured they are the experts, they would know what it needs as far as oil, thats why I took it there. While I felt unsure about this decision, I couldnt question it because unfortunately I didnt know at the time. Now on to the price. He come back with my keys and charged me $95 for an oil change and filter. The sign states that synthetic oil changes cost *****, I was charged $10 more for a reason that he couldnt dispute with my father when dad went back to get answers. He also lied to my father and said he didnt put diesel oil in my car but then proceeded to state that the extra charge was because he put diesel oil in the car. My father ask if when he went to get the filter they didnt have in stock, why didnt they just pick up the correct oil for the car at the time. He stated they dont make ***** 1 oil in 5w 40. Hes very wrong as that is the oil that I had to purchase to fix the mistake that they made, in fact its a euro car blend thats made for the car, not just diesel oil that they had in the back for diesel vehicles. With research and expert knowledge,I now know the difference between diesel oil and what my car needs. ********** is filled with detergents and additives that my car doesnt need. Not only did my father know diesel oil in this car was a mistake, so did employees at Autozone and ******** who stated that this oil was for diesel vehicles or for vehicles smoking from overheating. Which my car isnt doing as I just got it recently. Then he stated I could bring the car back for $25 to put the oil and filter on. No, Im not doing that. You put the incorrect oil in my car, overcharged me for no apparent reason for 4 quarts of oil and also put that I had ******* miles on my car but last I checked I only have ******* miles on my car. If you didnt have the filter and correct oil for my car, the simple thing to do is tell me that so I can go find someone who will fix it for me. Not continue to charge me extra for something I didnt know had an extra charge on it and put the wrong oil in it. All I ask is a refund so I can go and have this correctly taken care of. Instead of trying to make it right, he walked away from my father without a true helpful solution. I already overplayed, Im not gonna keep forking out money for their mistakes. In the future, I think there should be much more transparency about how much it will cost since the board above the register is apparently wrong, where the cost is coming from and making sure the car has the correct oil that will not damage the car in the future. If there was any doubt on part of the business, the human thing to do is not to do it. But instead I got overcharged for a service that wasnt fit for my car. As a young female college student with not a pocket full of money, I feel I was taken advantage of and that $95 could have went to a reasonable and correct oil change with Im sure would have extra left over to use on necessities to live.       On 11/16/2022 I brought my vehicle to Super Lube and Tire for a Transmission Flush that the advertise. Originally i was quoted 139.99 but was charged 179.99+Tax=196.37. Service guy stated Price was increased due to him having to pay 400 dollars more for his barrel of oil. Problem is Super Lube did not provide a Correct Transmission Flush. Transmission Flush consist of flushing all the old Fluid out then using a Cleaning Agent to clean inside of Transmission removing all dirt/debris then add New Fluid which this process takes anywhere from 1-3 hours. 20 minutes later the service guy pulls my vehicle around and stated it was done. So I paid the higher price and went to my vehicle and checked my transmission level as i always do after any service to be sure its correct Level. Upon pulling out my dipstick to check and the Fluid was just as brown/dirty as it was before the service. I then proceeded to ask the service guy why my fluid was still brown and dirty and he then proceeded to tell me because there was still dirt/debris inside of transmission that mixed with the New Fluid. I then stated that there should not be as I Paid for a Transmission Flush which removes dirt/debris from inside Transmission with a Cleaning Agent. He then stated to me that Super Lube did not use a Cleaning Agent in my Flush that i Paid for.. So basically Super Lube just drained my pan and refilled with Fluid which is called a Transmission Fluid Change and not a Transmission Flush but charged me 196.37. Super Lube is charging Consumers for Transmission Flush they are not providing correctly by not using the Cleaning Agent. I have sent Emails with no response stating I would stop payment on my Credit card unless they provide a Reduce charge for Fluid change only. still have not got any response from super Lube.

      On November 16 2022, the consumer came into our shop and requested a transmission flush. His vehicle is 2015 Chevrolet Travers, which the manufacturer recommends a flush every 50,000 miles. We discussed with the consumer wand found that to his knowledge the vehicle had no previous transmission flushes. The vehicle had 173,956 miles on the engine when we did the flush, this was well over the recommended milage. We have a machine that drains the old fluid and fills with new fluid. We do not remove pans or use any chemicals during our flushes. The color of the fluid could be a residue from the old build up that the new fluid is now cleaning. We provided the exact service the consumer requested and will not offer any discounts or refunds.

      I am rejecting this response because: This business is lying. We did not discuss anything about my vehichle's past maintenece. This business is charging consumers $196.37 for a Transmission Flush that they are not performing. This business is just changing the Fluid. Transmission Flush consist of using a cleaning agent to clean inside of transmission. This business admitted in his own words that he did not use a cleaning agent when performing the Transmission Flush on my Vehicle, therefore this business did not provide a correct service that I paid for. This business should not offer service's it does not perform. Below is a statement for a certified mechanic:
      A transmission flush is the process of replacing the old, dirty transmission fluid in your vehicle with new, clean fluid. It involves hooking up your vehicle's transmission system to a professional-grade machine, which uses high pressure and a cleaning agent to completely flush out the old fluid.

      We do speak with all customers regarding preventative maintenance on their vehicles.  We did discuss transmission flush with the customer.  We do all of our services the same way for all customers.  We even allow customers to see us hooking up our flushing machine.  We use transmission cleaning agents instead of other harsh chemicals to clean.  These harsh chemicals damage your vehicle over time.  We provided the service the customer asked us for.  We can reexplain our methods if need be.

      I am rejecting this response because: This Business is not telling the Truth here. The Business already admitted in the first response back to BBB that they did not use any Cleaning Agent in the Transmission Flush and now this business is saying they did in this 2nd response. Clearly not telling the Truth here! This Business DID NOT DISCUSS anything with me prior to the service. This business also did not allow me to see the vehicle being hooked up to the Flush Machine WHICH IS ANOTHER LIE! The owners or Manager of this Business are Crooks and if I have too I will bring this to the Local News Station for an On Your Side Investigation. I WILL SEEK MY ATTORNEY IN THIS MATTER TO GET THIS RESOLVED! This Business needs to be Exposed to the Public and Protect the Consumers from being Ripped off.

ANOTHER LIE! We do all of our services the same way for all customers-I'VE SEEN PAST COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS BUSINESS USING WRONG OIL FILTERS ON CUSTOMERS VEHICHLES AND DENYING IT WAS THER PRODUCT!  We even allow customers to see us hooking up our flushing machine-DID NOT TELL ME OR ALLOW ME TO SEE ANYTHING BEING DONE TO MY VEHICLE!  We use transmission cleaning agents instead of other harsh chemicals to clean-TOLD ME IN PERSON THAT THEY DID NOT USE ANY CLEANING AGENT-TOLD BBB IN 2ND RESPONSE THAT THEY USED A CLEANING AGENT(FLASE)  These harsh chemicals damage your vehicle over time-ACCORDING TO A CERTIFIED MECHANIC @ THE CHEVY DEALERSHIP THE CLEANING AGENT IS HARMLESS ON YOUR TRANSMISSION AND WILL PROVIDE LONGER LASTING RESULTS OUT OF YOUR TRANSMISSION!  We provided the service the customer asked us for-I DISAGREE 100% ! A CORRECT TRANSMISSION FLUSH WAS NOT PERFORMED ON MY VEHICLE!  We can reexplain our methods if need be-NO NEED TO RE-EXPLAIN RIPPING CONSUMERS OFF! THIS BUSINESS SHOULD PROVIDE TO CONSUMERS A CORRECT TRANSMISSION FLUSH OR DO NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE AT ALL!
