5/17, 6/11, 8/18, 2021 Prepaid for Generac generator. Product was to be delivered to our home, placed on a concrete pad and hooked up for service. Attempted to obtain a receipt that the **** paid, However, Generac will not disclose info to anyone but original dealer; Generac and MO State's Atty have requested receipts on our behalf to no avail. Generac has been communicating with us re: the delivery of the generator. Contractor refused communicating with State's Atty, attempts to change delivery from their address, to ours failed. Included: electrical, plumbing, floor joists (and supports), havent been rcvd/installed. Paid for new doors and windows, which were not installed per the specs of the mfr and leak. We paid a total of $45,040.68. Rcvd not more than $4k worth of materials. We filed with the Missouri State's Attorney, who suggested we contact BBB. We notified contractor on Sept 24, 2021 that they were no longer to work on our home. Requested delivery of prepaid items still outstanding and refund of monies. The **** have not attempted to work with us or sheriff dept (who is assisting us). Contractor (David Ray) stated he was a general contractor and a master electrician. He was to perform repairs/upgrades which his stated he could complete. The work done was substandard. (See pics) Many tasks were incomplete, poorly completed or not done outright. Contractor was given 3 months to complete all projects. The project only affected 372 sq ft of 2400 sq ft. Since September we had to hire other professionals to partially or completely redo the work the **** did and complete tasks not started. Bottom line: prepaid product not delivered and minimal work completed,
