I am currently in a residential facility because of health issues I formally put a hold on my card over the phone. I’m trying to lift that to pay the bills and the bank will not allow me. They will not send an agent because I am not mobile. I have no access to any of my money. They will not make any exceptions video chat sending an agent to this facility nothing to help me get access to this money.Business response

I overdrafted may 17th and they processed multiple transactions at the incorrect times causing multiple overdrafts instead of one. This is predatory and causes more issues than I already had. They say they have no control over when they posted but the times are listed clearly in the transaction and they are not processed in the correct order.Business response

In the past this bank waived an NSF fee with no problem. It is rare that I get the NSF fee, and when I called to ask them to remove it they declined. I don't understand what has changed and I don't feel I'm being fairly treated. All I want it the NSF fee from 10/1/21 removed. I'm a single parent and that $30 is half of my food budget. Please help!Business response
