      Hello,

As you can see from the records attached we originally quoted the customer $30,425.86 for repairs; however, the customer declined many repairs and the final bill ended up at $25, 772.88.

The customer picked up the truck against our advice as it was unsafe to drive due to the bad u joints, carrier bearing and front steering components.

There will not be any refund issued to the customer nor will we pay for a repair that was completed at an outside shop and nor do I agree that the subject failure was warrantable.  We would have been happy to investigate any of these issues if the customer would have dropped the truck off at our location instead of another shop.

      Kind Regards,

      ***'s Diesel
