I would give them a 5 star rating as last week when I could not get the garage door open to get my car out they came right out to get the door open for me. Since I have not had any maintenance done in a long time they came back later that day to check it over and make some adjustments for me and it is working great now. They will be my go to guys from now on when ever I have a problem. I would recommend them for all Garage door repairs. *****************Review from Justin B

Got your number from the BBB. I posted on ****** as well. My home time is very valuable and so is watching my son compete. 9/21/23 Ive had an appointment with you for over 2 weeks for between ****pm today. Adjust, and re-trim FIVE garage doors.I spoke with you at 12:01 today, 9/21/23 and you said the tech was hanging a door and it would be later this afternoon.Its now 5:07pm. I called. Your closed. You didnt call. Its my sons race at 5. When did you know you werent coming? You gonna call tomorrow? I dont care. You get one chance and you blew it.Next. Dont use this company, this is my experience. Its just another professional in **** who isnt professional.

Hello in response to ****** review I completely understand his comments and would agree we really dropped the ball on his service call. Job before had ran over and no one caught it in the office.
