i hired ******* to replace damaged subfloor and other damaged wood from a leak in my dishwasher. He covered up and hid the work he was suppose to do and lied by saying everything was taken care of. When he left we checked and noticed he did not do the job and had damaged some property while trying to cover up the fact he didn't replace all the damage floor and wood under the house and sink he was suppose to replace. He even left the electrical box under the sing tangled with the water line creating a fire hazard to my home. ******* refuse to answer calls, text messages and emails when contacted to finish the job he was paid nearly $2,000 dollars to do. We are suing him and filing a civil suit against him also we will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. BEWARE of hiring ******* Konstruction LLCInitial Complaint

On 6/1/22, we paid a 50% deposit of $21,864.00 for our project: build a 12'14'16' room addition at rear of structure.It was agreed that the following would be done before we paid another installment: 1) Demo existing deck and cover. COMPLETED ?? Dec 2022 2) *************** to 200amps. - NOT COMPLETE 3) Install 50amp outlet in garage. - NOT COMPLETE to date 4) Move exterior power supply for HVAC to accommodate addition. - NOT COMPLETE to date 5) Move condenser unit to accommodate addition. - Completed ?? around March 2023 6) Excavate, form and pour footing (24") for addition. - Started but not finished This whole process has been slow moving and he had said he would have a crew out but weve only seen a crew for the demolition of the deck. ******* has been solo most of the time weve seen him on site. We have not received any communication or seen Karriem in about 3 weeks. He wont return phone calls, texts or emails. We would like the services we paid for to be completed or refund ** the difference so we can find someone else to do so.
