On 9-15-2022, I called and ordered a used wheel for a 2003 Ford F159 from Goodfellow Motors which my card was charged $125.00 for on 9-16-2022, and was told it would be shipped out that day. After approximately one week, I called status of the order, and was told the item was shipped via ***, and they would check on it and get back to with a tracking number, which they were NEVER able to provide. After two weeks of no item and no proof of shipment, they agreed to refund the purchase, but I would have to talk to the owner or manager, and that he would call me back, which he never did. I made several calls trying to reach him, and he was always out or, at one point, "in the hospital". I finally gave up.Business response
