    ***** ******* Was wonderful to help me she went over and above because this was a horrible experience trying to get affirmed. And because of her I did not cancel my policy. She stayed on the phone with me and help me through this I've been waiting and on and off the phone all day on Tuesday November the 25th 2025 . Sincerely ***** ******

    If I could give zero stars, I would. I got a letter in the mail saying my Warranty was expired and I have to call immediately .Company did not clearly present themselves to me when I called. I thought they were part of my ***** warranty, but when I call ***** they said that they did not know who these people were. They told me over the phone after being extremely rude that I had to pay them today and when I said no, the first time they said that they would give me a $200 discount (red flag) and then they said it would cost me $250 a month for extended warranty and that I could cancel it at any time when I asked who they were. They would not clearly present themselves to me when I asked about the coverage, they were extremely rude to me and would repeat the same things and tell me to listen to them so I gave them my credit card information thinking that they were part of ***** and then I called back to cancel it after ***** told me that they didnt know who these people were. So I called this phone number back and I requested that they canceled my policy with them and that they refund me the money that they just charged my card, but they were arguing with me on the phone. I had to ask them about 10 times to just cancel my policy. Dude had me on the phone for 10 minutes straight up, lecturing me and not confirming that hed cancel my policy. Thats when my husband stepped in and the agent on the phone was doing the same thing to my husband. This is a scam. Dont go for it. I had to replace my card.

After your call back to request cancellation, you were advised we would process any request desired but your representative at that time also went above and beyond to help directly address the concerns you had voiced. Your representative had even recommended taking the policy directly to your Dealership to show them your coverage and if for any reason you still wished to cancel, you are able to do so with a full refund within the first 30 days which you had ultimately decided to proceed with your cancellation request. We can confirm your policy was not only cancelled per your request that very same day but also refunded back to the original form of payment. Should you have any questions or would like to discuss anything further, please feel free to reach out to one of our managers in Customer ********************** at any time.     ***** was very pleasant to talk to knew what to say when I asked her questions. She told me to call her if I needed anything . I called her back to say.I will stay with the company.I've been with him a long time. She made me feel like I was hey family member. Other company salesman wouldn't do thatat all. You get some company salespeople that just try to sell you insurance.That's all they want. I/nReally?Like *****, for what sales person?She was very friendly to me. Thank you, ************** did a great job. That's why I gave her five stars.

    scammers. took insurance payments until car broke down. than refused to cover repair even it was covered by the policy description .They cancelled insurance policy and informed that this policy is not suitable as I should ask them to purchase additional coverage to have protection for my ****** they sold me not valid insurance
