I went to this salon for color correction. I wanted to go from red to a neutral color. I paid $150 for the color correction. She told me in order to get to the blonde that I wanted, I had to pay another $300.00 and the color is not what I showed her. It's four different colors. If they couldn't get me to that color, they should have just said so. When I asked for a refund, she said no.
The problem is that she took the money and didn't get me to the blonde I wanted. I'm a brunette now.

The consumer was offered a free toner as well as a discounted rate on their next service. We will not be providing a refund, but we still consider these options viable.
