I went to this dealer because they had an amazing deal on a used 2021 GMC ****** **** elevation with towing package which was the bare minimum what I needed on my truck. They even had it for $38,000 with 33k miles which was cheaper than all of their selection. I talked with **** my sales rep and saw that the carfax stated that it had some damage. He explained that the truck was in a minor accident, and they replaced the body panels that were damaged. What he did not tell me was that in fact the truck was in a major accident and the entire front was originally destroyed. They had to reweld the entire front of the truck back to the frame and just decided to not tell me about this information. This has caused the truck to drop $14,000 in value from the original $38,000 I financed it for. I only found this information out because I was sick of their predatory loan and was gonna go to a bigger truck that's a little older. I can't do that now because I have been upside down since I bought the truck. It was super overpriced and now I am stuck with this hunk of junk that is worthless to me. I got it to tow my racecar trailer, but now I am not even sure it can do that because of all the structural damage to the vehicle.
