We hired Alves Construction to remove our old cedar decks that were rotten and small, and replace it with an upgraded larger and more beautiful deck. We couldn't be more pleased with the final result. Vilmar Alves was a pleasure to work with throughout the time and communicated well with us along the way. He worked with us ahead of time to guide us on the right decisions for the final layout and made sure we were happy with the final result. We had Alves Construction remodel our deck. It involved new decking, railing and stairs, replacing cedar with composite. They did a great job - on time and within cost. We love our new deck and couldn't be more pleased with the work that Alves did. I would highly recommend this company for any home construction or remodeling that you might need.Review from Kay S

I couldn't be more pleased with Alves Construction. I bought a villa in January 2021 and just wanted to have a bedroom, bath, closet and small sitting area in the basement. I also had them do my kitchen backsplash. I was told it would take 4-5 weeks for completion. It was exactly four weeks to the day. I can not say enough about the crew that worked in my home. They were professional, respectful of my property, and they cleaned up as they worked. I got Alves construction from a neighbor that had their basement done which is beautiful. Some other neighbors are wanting to see my basement, so I am sure that they will be staying busy.It is scary not knowing contractors and you here about scams, but I would highly recommend Vilmar and his crew.**********Review from Staci B.

Alves construction was wonderful to work with. Vilmar and crew were punctual, did perfect work and very attentive to detail. Never any surprises and very helpful with design and questions. Highly recommend and will work with them again in the future for any upgrades our home needs.
