The team at Meyer was amazing to work with from start to finish. **** was our main point of contact throughout the project and met with ** initially for an inspection and to get a bid in place. We were transparent about our budget and what we were trying to achieve, and he helped make it a reality! They were upfront about timelines , the costs, the potential for additional costs should something be uncovered during the process, which is common in older homes like ours, and were so helpful in providing a few revised bids when we opted for a different flooring type following the initial estimate. They also helped us understand our space better and gave honest, expert opinions on the many questions we had throughout the process; **** was always quick to respond and provide thorough explanations to help us make the best decisions for our space and budget. The scheduling app was a tremendous help and allowed us to keep an eye on the project when it started. They were able to coordinate effortlessly with the material supplier of our choice, which made the process go super smoothly. When the crew arrived, they were quick to get started and worked throughout the day, keeping the work area and home protected and tidy; they also cleaned up at the end of the day and provided an update on what to expect the next day. We were fortunate enough to have ***** as our primary installer and he is THE BEST. Extremely pleasant and respectful as well as an extremely skilled craftsman, it was a joy to have him in our home and watch the incredible progress each day. The remodel took under 2 weeks to complete, despite some minor disruptions that came to light during the process, which were found and addressed with us and the ** quickly to avoid any miscommunication and delays. Love our new bathroom and already looking forward to the next project we have to work with them again.
