    Bliss Beauty Bar will rob you blind. I ordered 3 services and in those 3 services was a full foil, lift lash and color. Being that I was 10 minutes late they opted out of doing the final 2 services as they did not have time. I asked for a full foil on my hair and only received 1/2 foil and then they told me that they were unable to do the other 2 services. They kept my full deposit of ****** and I paid another ***** when I checked out. Now my hair has ***** and **** colors instead of ***** and blonde coloring. No one ever revealed the pricing and I was in shock when I got the ****. A deposit is so that a customer shows up for services but yet they tool advantage of me and did not refund my deposit. I paid again when I left Bliss Beauty Bar. That is evil and corrupt charges that *** require court litigation.

    ***** scheduled an appointment through our online system on April 4th for the following services at 10am on Tuesday April 5th, 2022.Service beginning at 10am- Brow Lamination $75 Lash Lift/tint $75 Eyelash Tinting $26 Full Foil $213 Services totaling: $389 Our online system took a deposit of $176 for the services she booked. On the day of the scheduled appointments, Tuesday April 5th, at 10am, ***** had not arrived. We spoke to ***** on the phone, and she stated that she had a flat tire and would be late. She was not sure how late she would be, so we let her know that depending on what time she arrived, we may not be able to accommodate all of the services due to other guest having appointments with our service providers, and she said ok. ***** arrived to the salon at 12:30, two and a half hours late. She was fine just receiving the highlighting service, so proceeded to have the highlights done. Again, she was very late, which we were being as accommodating as possible to the situation and happy to still take her to fit in the services we had appropriate time for, without hindering any other guests appointments. There was not enough time for a full foil appointment ($213) so her stylist did a partial foil appointment ($185). She was happy with her services, checked out, and left a $37 tip to the stylist! There was a $10 charge taken from the deposit for the loss of other services booked. This is what she was charged at her visit-Brow Lamination $0 Lash lift/tint $0 Eyelash Tinting $10 Full Foil $185 Sub total- $19 Tip- $37 **** CHARGED $56 Deposit previously paid $176 Our full foil (the service she booked) is $213, we adjusted the price to the partial foil price of $185. Please see attached for our menu pricing. We are based on a level system and her stylist was a Level 2. You can see the Level 2 Partial foil is $185.As far as we knew, ***** was a happy customer and liked her service, as she tipped $37. Then on May 9th, ***** called the salon saying she was charged for service she did not receive. A MONTH later she is calling because she thinks she was charged for services she didnt receive. She told us that she was not late to her appointment and that was not true. Now her review says she was 10 minutes late. I assure you that she told us she had a flat tire and was extremely late. We have no reason to make this up, as we are the ones missing out on the money of services lost. She also threatened on the phone to call her credit card company and demand a charge back for the services. Which, we received a notice this morning that she did just that, claiming she did not receive the products she was charged for. This is also just flat out not true.*****, you booked your appointment through our online portal, which is on our website with the pricing listed. You paid less than a 50% deposit and received the highlighting service. When you left, you paid $19 plus the $37 tip. Your deposit went towards the services you received. We can provide proof of all bookings and receipts for payments. Youve already called your bank and trying to get your money back. If you continue to come after us with untruthful statements, we will pursue legal action for slandering and defamation of character, this could potentially harm our professional reputation and could cause financial loss along with emotional distress.
