            On 5/5/2022 I reached out to TCR Handyman Repair Services about getting an estimate for a leak that was coming from my basement window. We agreed upon $125.00 to fix the window by caulking the outside of the window. They came out towards the end of May and attempted to fix the window. When I checked I was disappointed with the workmanship. They left excess caulking on the siding. They didn't even use a rag to wipe the excess caulking off. Now I have dried up caulking on my siding which looks terrible. I made several attempts through calls, texts, and pictures to get the problem resolved. They never attempted to do anything but they did give many excuses. So after being ignored, on 7/20/22 I sent a text requesting a refund of $125.00. So, on 7/22/22 I received a call and they agree to refund me the $125.00. Now fast forward and it is almost a month and I have not received my refund. I am done with reaching out to this company and I want my money back so I can get the problem fixed.

            I contacted TCR Handyman Services to get estimate for some of our projects. They sent me an estimate for one of the projects that was just an amount without listing what is included in that price (the project was staining our front door and the bid just listed a price without mentioning anything about what type of stain would be used or any other related details).I followed up with them multiple times to get more information, but they have not responded. I will update this review if they contact me in the future.
