Awesome company with quality employees. Have used Orf Home Inspections numerous times in the last few years and have always been very happy with the level of professionalism, prompt service, and experienced inspectors. Highly recommended.

I engaged ORF HOME INSPECTIONS for a home inspection, trusting them to provide accurate and thorough assessment reports. However, my experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating.Not only did they fail to identify critical issues like broken pipes in the drainage system, leading to extensive water damage, but they also blatantly lied in their report. This misinformation influenced my significant financial decisions regarding the property.Subsequent inspections by other professionals revealed alarming problems like mold and further water damage in the crawlspace, which ORF HOME INSPECTIONS completely overlooked. Their negligence and incompetence have caused me significant distress and financial loss.Despite presenting undeniable evidence of their wrongdoing, ORF HOME INSPECTIONS has shown no willingness to rectify the situation or take responsibility for their errors. Their lack of accountability is deeply concerning.I strongly advise against using ORF HOME INSPECTIONS for any home inspection needs. Their unprofessionalism and disregard for their clients' well-being are unacceptable.Review from Linda F

Orf was recommended by a friend and I called for a radon inspection. The technician was prompt, very patient with my questions, explained the entire process thoroughly and was very personable and professional. When the test was finished I packed up the equipment and put it on my porch for pick up. Excellent communication and the results were quickly emailed to me with a thorough explanation of all.
