      Frank Leta Honda houses a side business called SELL MY CAR STL at their location ********************************************* Bait and switch!!! Avoid, Avoid!!! The lure you in by promising you the moon, and soon as you get there they chop their price down to nothing and then have the audacity to blame you for it. $11,800 was my online offer and ****** their sales guy said nah its going to be below $10,000 shades sales tacts, unfriendly staff that try to bully you into taking a ridiculously lower price. Dont try to defend yourself to ****** he will just say bye and walk away, and why not he doesnt care about customers why should he. We are all just dollar signs to him. S**** Sell My Car STL ITS A SCAM!!!!

      Brought a f150 from them catalytic converter **** out. After 38 days took it back and was told to pay of the cost to fix it. Paid and it went back out the other side. And this time it was free . Keep getting the run around about getting my money back. ***** is fine now but they knee about the catalytic converter was going out both of them. Don't trust buying a car or truck used.

      I just purchased a vehicle 12-28-23 used certified pre owned Frank Leta Honda vehicle, pulled off lot after purchase check engine light come on contacted salesman put in ticket to get fixed day later brought vehicle back they kept for 6 days or little longer. Two weeks later something burning contacted service made appt ice storm it was rescheduled, long behold as they say excessive amount of oil is leaking due to corrosion 2000 bill! 2 months 3600 miles. *** Im stuck with a lemon. I havent been able to drive it at all 4 days now. I have called left messages no return call from service, sales managers. This has been an awful experience from one of the largest Honda dealerships. I should have read the reviews before I went to this dealership.

      I went online and picked a 2018 Gray Malibu and Frank **** called me about it. We were told we were approved. When we went into the dealership, they showed us a 2020 ********* Malibu. They said this was the one we were approved for. They would not let us test drive any other vehicles. We told them we did not want a payment over $400. They hid a lot of the paperwork and were deceptive. Our interest rate was 18% and they put us on a loan for 6 years instead of 5. On our way home, the engine light came on. We went there about it the next day and they started to try to get us to pay for the repairs out of pocket and said our warranty does not kick in until 90 days. We also found out that there is damage to the quarter panel. There was nothing in the car fax about this. They have been very unprofessional the entire time and they had deceptive business practices. They baited ** to put a down payment even though we didn't want to. They did not follow the truth and lending act or the fair credit reporting act. They also did a bait and switch and were overall unprofessional.

      I had sounds that my Honda was making. I took it to them. They said it was a motor mount. I stayed with the car as it was being repaired, 3 hours. Then they had me come back because they said they got the wrong part and it had to be taken off. I went back for that to be put on, and was there about 1.5 hours. I got the car back it started vibrating, making a rumbling sound and surging. They checked it out. They said that this was a normal thing for a motor mount to do after replacement. They said there was something else loose which they tightened. But it didn't fix the problem. They wanted to charge me again but I didn't take it back to them.

      They sold me a used car with shocks that are bad and said they are not responsible even after they did a 135 point inspection on it before putting it up for sale. They said it would cost 2000.00 to replace them.I will never buy another car from any Frank leta car dealership again
