**** ******, one of the main property managers is the property manager of the building I rent. He is extremely unprofessional and does not answer any tenant's concerns/questions in a timely manner. He yells at his tenants. Every tenant in the building has an issue with him. He is extremely unprofessional and does not deliver on any promises made. My space has termites and **** claimed he had them taken care of. He claimed he had an exterminator come and tell him they were dead, but there was no way they would have known without tearing up the wood. He claims people are coming out to do work and then they never show up. He doesn't answer texts for weeks. I asked for 2 months to have my exterior painted after getting a notification from the city and was told they had 30 days to fix it. It has now been almost 3 months and none of that has happened. I don't trust a single word **** says. This company really needs to reevaluate the way their employees treat their tenants.Business response

We resolved the issue that week. The exterminator came out and sprayed. We rebuilt two of the windows as well.
