      I gave $1500.00 down payment on a 2021 ***** Colorado and the financing fell through, so I wish to recover my $1500.00.

      My name is *** and I am the Sales Manager here at GMT Auto Sales West. ************** attempted to purchase a 2021 Chevrolet Colorado from us on 5/11/2024. ************** gave us a fake Chapter 13 Bankruptcy letter stating he could make this purchase which was not the case. We asked ************** to return our vehicle and he would not come in. He had it dropped off by AAA Towing on 5/30/2024 with an added ***** miles. ************** signed a conditional delivery agreement which states we may charge $50 a day or $1.00 per mile if the deal is rescinded (which I have attached). We may also charge a re-detail fee which would put ************** at $2042. We kept Mr. ******** down payment to cover the cost of this and technically there is more to be owed to us which we are not charging him. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

      We went to look at a truck and got some paperwork for the truck. They said we were signing papers to see what we would be approved for. The final transaction was contingent on another vehicle selling. We did not sign any final paperwork. Roughly a month later I got a bill in the mail for a truck payment on a loan that I never signed paperwork on and didn't even know I got the truck until I called ******* GMT Auto Sales West and asked about the bill I had received. The worker said "Yeah are you gonna come get your truck it's been sitting here for almost a month. And I was like I don't have the money I never sold the other vehicle and he was like well the bank already paid us so you have to come pick it up and he told me to meet him outside to hand me the keys because I didnt have 4k for a down payment and he didnt want anyone to find out I didnt pay the down payment but I have no paperwork or anything for the truck but anyways I picked the truck up and had it for a couple months. The check engine light turned on so i took it in to ******* GMT Auto Sales West and they told me it needed a new motor and they weren't honoring their warranty on it. They wanted me to pay over $11,000 for a brand new motor for a truck that I was tricked into paying for after not signing paperwork and not putting any money down now I'm stuck with a truck that I didn't know I bought that's blown up and blaming me and they definitely signed my name on the paperwork because how do you not call a customer about a vehicle if they just bought it from you like I had to find out by a bill in the mail I was prayed on!

      My name is *** and I am the Sales Manager here at GMT Auto Sales West. ****************** purchased a vehicle on March 25, 2023. ****************** failed to mention that he drove the vehicle for 5 months, put ****** miles on the vehicle without getting it serviced. He brought it to service it and the vehicle was 3 quarts low on oil and there was metal in the oil, this is due to negligence on ****************** part. It is now over a year since purchasing the vehicle and says this is our fault. I'm confused as to why he would think that. If you have any questions, please contact me.

      I did get my oil changed I just couldnt find it and they were going to charge me storage fees so I just picked the truck up and parked it I found my stuff and would like this matter resolved!!.

      on 7/19/2023 bought a car from gmt auto sales west(travers gmt auto sales west). put my money down 3000.00 and said i was approved. I asked about title and was told to give them a couple weeks and it would be ready. it had been it has been five weeks and no title. when i call they say they are working in it and i will get in two days its been two weeks no title. my daughter has called said give then two day and they will over night it its been five days no title. when i bought this car they new i was buying to take my wife back and fourth to doctors. now i have no car to drive and out 3000.00 dollars. that i can use to get a different car that i can get title too so that i can take my wife to doctor appointments. the dealership is now ignoring my calls.

      They sold me a lemon. I I bought a 2019 Ford F1 50 for $45,200 on 7/15/23. I took it back to them on 7/22/23. I still haven't gotten my truck back for repairs. I had a kick in the motor, lower end clatter in the motor, and a U joint. They called me a week ago and said they were putting the transmission back in. I don't know why they had the transmission out, when the issue was all in the motor. I tried to give the truck back when I took it in. I was told I was pretty much screwed and had already signed the paperwork. I've been trying to contact them all day but it goes to voicemail. No one has gotten back to me. I haven't even made a payment on the vehicle yet.

      I PURCHASED A CAR FROM THEM, DUE TO ME LIVING IN ILLINOISE THEY HAD TO SEND IN M REGISTRATION INFO. THEY FAILED TO DO THAT AND SEND IN MY PAY OFF FOR MY TRADE IN. I DRIVEN MORE THAN 3O DAYS ON MY TEMPS. I HAVE REQUESTED TO GET ANOTHER TEMP BUT WOULD NOT PROVIDE ME WITH IT. I WAS DRIVING ON EXPIRED PLATES BECAUSE THEY FAIL TO MENTION THAT I NEED TO SHOW PROOF OF RESIDENCE SINCE I JUST MOVED TO ILL WHICH PROLONG MY PLATES. We apologize that Ms. ***** feel this way, but unfortunately we had made multiple attempts at trying to get ahold of Ms. *****, but she never returned our calls. The state of Illinois requires proof of residence to be sent in and we had to wait for Ms. ***** to call us back. The paperwork didn't just sit on a desk the paperwork was sent out.  As for the payoff the bank refused to give us any information on this deal and again...we needed Ms. ***** to call the bank to release the information.       I bought a 2021 **** Bronco from this dealership . Was told they had the second **** Bronco Key with the title and now Im getting run around. The salesman ***** has tried to send me to some key guy but the guy either cancels last minute or doesnt show .its going to cost me $400-500 to have **** make me a key after this dealership said it had the key. I can not program my car that is paid for and the dealership isnt doing nothing!

      single mom went through a divorce and I needed a vehicle.credit was not good & GMT was able to help me roll over my negative equity into a new loan. Got a 2014 ***** Silverado with 70k miles. credit pulled July 16,2021 and looked at the truck which was not on the lot I was NOT shown any other cars BUT this truck which was in the parking lot by their mechanics shop. I was told its not ready yetI was approved and was asked to come back in a week to pick up the truck I said ok. came back July 30 signed & left. Immediately after getting on the highway the truck was making loud noises.called the rep he said we just got work done on it that noise is normal. Week later I got it inspected it and the 4x4 was stuck in 4x4. After contacting the dealer ship they told me to bring it back and they would fix it. They did.I went to get my vehicle registered and it didnt pass safety and emissions I didnt get my passing paperwork until August 18,2021. Then to find out I had to replace the stabilizer links. Fast forward to Jan 2022,I started hearing loud knocks coming from the engine I took it to a repair shop where they told me. the camshaft is damaged and will need to be replaced also. Cylinder 1 intake lifter locked up and destroyed the camshaft lobe.Found a **** in the #1 cylinder bore, found piston damage on both sides and a ***** down the whole wall,going to need a new engine. I looked at my carfax on the truck I contacted the previous ******** mechanic shops where this truck came from and they sent me invoices on the services that were done. The dealership knew the truck had a bad engine yet still sold it to me. I have been with a car for 3 months now. I spoke to the manager he said we will not take the truck back, you signed as is. Ill talk to my GM and call you tomorrow. He never called me back. I just want the dealership to make things right, take the truck back and cancel my contact.dont buy a car from them!!!

      I was sold a vehicle with a bad engine, I tried to work it out with the dealership they told me we are not taking that truck back after several weeks of looking for ways to resolve this. I reached back out to the sales representative and he had his manager call me. I work for a credit union as well and I contacted my indirect lending officer who is in charge of the program and he told me that they dropped GMT auto from the program about 5 years ago due to bad business practices. I was not aware the truck being sold to me had issues. Since day 1. I spoke to the financial institution ALLY financial and they told me I should have a 6 month warranty with the dealership, when I told them I only have 30 days they even said it should be 6 months. They provided me a number to the ******** of ********** **** financial told me they can either cancel the contract(pay them back) or trade the car In for something different. They unethically sold me a vehicle and now refuse to answer my calls or respond to my messages I have sent messages via email to ********************************* I have reached out to their ******** and I also asked for a call back. No one has been able to reach out to me for a solution. I was also told that I probably wouldnt get approved for another car loan through them. So then just take the car back you unethically sold to a single mom of 3 young kids.
