I purchased a car from Hubler Auto Plaza on 1/24/24. Car Type and Model: 2017 **** ***************** ****** Amount: $11,185.00 ** Paid Cash **The Issue: the car had a bad transmission, but he claims he had no knowledge. I asked him before I bought the car specifically about the transmission. His response was the car has no issues. I went back to the dealership the same evening complaining about the transmission and wanted to return the car. They decline to return the car and said they will fix whatever the problem is. After number of days going back and forth, he declined to do the repair on the transmission and offered me $750 which is not enough to rebuild or replace the transmission.Customer response

Customer selected an AS-IS vehicle. This customer was told specifaly that the transmission along with everything else would not be cover by the AS-IS warranty before he took delivery. We aslo made a financial reimburstment after much harassment from the customer. He received the payment in full that he request and deemed to be fair. He also signed a release to our company in exchange for payment. He simply will never be happy with his decisions.
