On 2/22/22 I purchased a Shark vacuum at$189.95+tax total$205.05. The vacuum broke the 2nd week in June,so I took it back with the receipt. Since it was just over 90 days it was not under warranty. They kept it to assess the repairs. A few days later called telling me they were unable to fix it, but would give me credit towards another vacuum. The next day went to the store, they offered to give me $20.00. Really! They sold a defective product, and thats all that was offered to me. Fair? I think not! Not impressed with their customer satisfaction.Business response

The customer was told that she had to contact Shark for any warranty issues. We will reach out to the customer to see what we can do. I contacted the customer and I am refunding her in full.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference tocomplaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.when I receive the amount of my full refund it will then be satisfactory. Until then , its not final on my side. Thanks
