In April I signed up for a 6 month QuickHIt Fitness membership for $1755. Shortly after, I developed back problems. I talked with ******* ***** of the O'Fallon QuickHit location and she said there shouldn't be a problem getting a refund if I found I couldn't continue. I saw a chiropractor and a Pain Specialist and was advised to not return to QuickHit. On 6-3 I emailed ******* ***** and requested a refund. On 6-24 I hadn't heard anything so I sent a Facebook message. She responded and said she'd check on it and get back to me ASAP, claiming she hadn't gotten my email. I heard nothing. Since then I have sent 8 emails/Facebook messages and heard nothing. On 9-1 I called, finally reaching her and she said she'd get back to me the next day. Since then I've heard nothing. I have called that location four times and left messages. I've gotten no response from anyone. During the 9-1 phone call ******* stated she was on maternity leave and had assumed someone else had taken care of it.Business response
