I hired a home health care agency for my parents On 7/14/23 (at $475. per day) and they did not provide proper care.When I spoke with the Director of Operations she twisted everything I said and what went on.I asked for the services to be terminated as of 7/20/2023 and received no confirmation or responce.They have all the bank information and are on auto pay.Charge to be $475. per day I received this email *********************** dianatuckerprivatehomecare.com Jul 21, 2023, 1:11PM (1 day ago) to me Hello ***, I wanted to personally reach out to you and apologize for how my staff handled themself while providing care for your parents. I left a message for you but also wanted to share my personal cell phone - ************. Please call me any time. I was told what happened and needless to say, that was not how we would ever want to conduct business. My office staff is processing your refund. Thank you kindly for reaching out as I take this incident as an opportunity to learn from and never make the same mistakes again. I will wait to hear from you. On July 24 2023 they tried the autopay to charge me But,were not successful because I went to the bank and put a stop on payment on July 21 2023 On July 31st 2023 Private Home Care VLLGSNRCR withdrew $4966.39 from the accountCustomer response

I had a message on my answering machine last night from *************************** stating that they had in writing from 2 caregivers that they were approached by me to work privately without the agencys involvement and they were going to charge me $15,000.00 for soliciting caregivers.And that They moved forward with the payment because the caregivers were there and I was invoiced and billed. I was never invoiced or billed.And I did not solicit any of them as they were incompetent and that was the issue to begin with.Business response

We have spoken with the client to reconcile the issue, issued a refund, and have reached a mutually agreeable resolution.Customer response
