    On March 22 my Mother ******************* had ********** from *** Raeker plumbing come to her home to inspect a toilet that was having occasional troubles flushing. They looked at the toilet and tightened one of the water lines in the back of the toilet and attempted to **** her for that. They did nothing that would help the flushing. They flushed the toilet and it did not flush AND it overflowed in the bathroom. Instead of holding up the float in the tank to stop they water, they only grabbed their tools off the floor and jumped out of the way. Not very professional. Then they decided to us an auger in the toilet to attempt to unclog it. Instead of using the auger in the intended manor they used it in an aggressive up and down fashion as if it were a plunger. So forceful that one guy was dripping with sweat and had to take a break. All of this action with the metal auger caused heavy scaring, removing much of the white porcelain leaving ***** scrape marks in my Mom's like new toilet. I called Rob the owner and he said that happens but he would send out **** to look at it and get back to us. **** came out and took pictures. Days went by and we heard nothing. I called Rob and he said yes they will order a new toilet and replace Mom's toilet. A couple weeks went by and heard nothing. Again I called Rob for an update. He said he will have to check with **** and let me know. Days went by and nothing. I tried to call Rob on April 15th and could not reach him, I then followed up with an email to him. My elderly Mom should not have to look at a damaged toilet that looks like someone forgot to flush it. This needs to be replaced immediately with the exact model that my Mom has.     Called with a sewage smell, requested to have my wax ring replaced. Company gave a window of arriving and was 3 hours late of window time. 2 men came in and tightened my bolts on bottom of toilet and was at my home no more than 10 minutes. I told them I called for a replacement of wax ring and men were very rude and said they were not doing that. I called and spoke to owner and he was extremely rude and screamed at me. I am elderly and I feel they took complete advantage of me. They charged me $165.00 for a 10 min service call. I paid cause I felt threaten, 1 month later I received another invoice in the mail, when I called owner, he said that it had already been corrected, sent to wrong customer. I was never notified of the correction and I wouldn't doubt for a second that they would've taken my money again. No apologies. Would not recommend AT ALL!
