      I have banked here for more than 13 years and usually had a good experience. However, this morning was not. I paid some bills on Friday and one of them was $300. I checked my account after paying the bill and the money was taken out. I checked my account several times over the weekend via online banking but when I checked the account Saturday and Sunday the $300 was back in my account. When I checked the account Monday it had been removed from my account again. I ran through the charges and it all seemed to be corrected with a balance of $44 and some change. I proceeded to go through sonic to grab a $2 drink at 5:30 pm Monday afternoon with no issues. I should add I had money in my savings as well as checking. If I thought my account was in the negative I would’ve transferred money or made a deposit. I login to my account before bank open hours this morning to see my account has 4 overdraft fees of $31 each. I called the bank and they said they were aware of double posting over the weekend but we’re only willing to waive one fee if I brought the account current today. I feel this is not fair for the customer when you have random amount being withdrawn and then redeposited and then withdrawn again to have no time to even transfer or deposit money and not know how much money is in the account. I don’t feel like it is fair that I am supposed to pay these fees when I could have just transferred money from savings had I known about the issue with the online banking services. I feel like all four overdraft fees should be waived or I will be closing my accounts after issuing this bank for 13 years.

      WARNING! URGENT! Don't put your money in this bank. They blocked the purchase of a much needed part for my car 3 times even though I had $4500 in the bank, then the bank wouldn't block a fraudulent transaction and made me dispute it. After giving over ********************************************************************************** the dispute saying it was a real purchase. They didn't even want all the evidence or looked at what was given to them. The *** is after the people for fraud and there is a case number and the bank didn't care or want the information. This is the worst bank and once you give them your money it is no longer yours. They decide what happens to your hard earned money not you. Don't trust them to even safeguard $1 of your money they care more about criminals than their customers, who they make victims out of.
