Beware of extensive delays that *** lead to them quitting your project before it is completed when they have more desirable jobs come up.On their website they declare "No-worries guarantee! Well take care of every detail so that you can sit back and enjoy your home." We found that to be a false promise. They knew the scope of our project at the beginning when they accepted it, placed us on their queue, and started the job. Then, they apparently changed their mind about finishing it and abandoned us. They weren't honest with us regarding their reasons, and instead of owning to the problems they were having, they made up what other contractors said was a false reason as to why they couldn't proceed. They failed to honor their guarantee of "no-worries", and instead created and left us with a very unpleasant experience in the end. So, Buyer Beware! You might be somewhat covered by having a more thorough contract at the beginning (they didn't want one committing them to the entire project for a reason, but didn't inform us that they *** not finish the job). If you insist on having one drawn up, you would still have to spend a lot of money litigating it, In the end, working with people of questionable character is not worth it no matter how nice the work might be. They are not dependable nor reliable to their word and in the end, not worth the grief.
