I purchased several items totaling over $300 on 11/09/21 (yesterday afternoon) at the Eureka Springs, Spring Street location and I am not happy with the quality and do not think the items are even authentic. I left wearing a titanium bracelet and ring around 2pm, took the items off around 5 pm to swim and didn’t put them back on until noon today. I wore the bracelet and ring between noon and 10pm and when I was taking the jewelry off to shower before bed I noticed the bracelet is covered in scratches! I am really upset I spent over $300 on jewelry that doesn’t even stay in good shape for 24 hours. One of the earrings is missing the piece that keeps it secure when wearing it, so I can’t wear them in case one falls out and gets lost. I was incredibly frustrated this evening to read on the website that they don’t accept returns. If you have a genuine product that is authentic and great great quality you wouldn’t have a “no refund” policy. The refund policy was not mentioned at the time of purchase and there were no noticeable signs posted informing customers of the return policy or lack there of, I also wasn’t given a receipt for the purchase. I would like to return these items for a full refund.
