I signed my puppy up for classes, paid the $120 deposit in full, but had to cancel. Their refund policy is a full refund if requested one business week before classes began, and I made my request three weeks prior to the classes beginning. I didn't receive a refund, so two days later I emailed asking for a response and they said it would take up to seven days after requesting cancellation. After a week I still hadn't received a refund, so after a couple more days I emailed them with no response. So I called them, and they said they would look into it. I still haven't received my refund.Business response

***** ******* complained that he did not receive a refund. I did refund him the $120 through the merchant service system we use. I also called him to verify that he received the refund. I will cc him on this email as well. Any further questions can be directed to me by phone or email. Our correct mailing address is a PO box. There is not a mailbox at our business location because of the highway close by.--
