I took my car in to fix the AC and **** the mechanic with Ozark Economy tire and muffler does a diagnostic . He seems super nice you mention you have 5 kids and with no AC it's brutal in the car so we have to have it fixed asap . Says he can fix it but it's gonna be costly because the whole system is shot, it's a dual system and the whole thing is needing repaired. He can do it for 2 grand . You let him do that pay him and take it home only to realize the back ac doesn't work at all. So you call and he says no it just takes awhile when it's this hot out so you hang up and you trust his judgement . Well it's not cooling down in fact it's blowing heat so you call again and he says oh no It's a miscommunication I had no idea the back Ac wasn't working but dont worry it's not a big deal put the ac on circulating ac and turn the back ac all the way off the front vents will cool the car off just fine it just takes a bit longer, ummm one theres no miscommunication when I say the AC doesn't work . you say ok I'll fix it. It's literally a point blank statement . Two, you said straight up it was going to cost more than normal because the front and back system were shot and needed a full complete repair soooo did you or didn't you know the back act wasn't working???? Three, when I picked it up you said alright good to go "everything" works great I trusted you and paid you for working AC and didn't get that. **** didn't complete a job that **** said he would do, **** was the one who misquoted or misdiagnosed an issue not me. I was quoted 2 grand to fix an issue and he finished it my receipt says the AC was repaired when in fact it is not repaired.Business response
