I paid this company about $1500 to trim 2 large trees in the front yard. The following Spring the tree did not bloom. I contacted him and he said if it doesn't bloom by fall to call him. I called him and told him it was dead and that he cut it back too far. He refuses to resolve the issue. He basically told me he would remove the tree if I paid him. I already paid him and he killed my tree. He told me I could sue him and left. He also does not have a license.

Anderson Tree and Turf, LLC is licensed and insured. Our certifications and credentials may be obtained upon request. *** ******* maple trees in her front yard were in decline from storm damage and topping. Tree removal was not in her budget, so she opted to mitigate the risk to her property by cutting the dead and decaying limbs back from over her roof and driveway. Predictably, the larger of the two trees finally died. I explained to ******** that I will be glad to give her an estimate for the removal and stump grinding of the dead tree. However, she insists that I should do the work for no charge. To be clear, I did not offer *** ***** any kind of extended warranty on her trees, nor did I imply that I would remove the trees at no cost if they died. Sincerely, **** ********Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: He is not telling the truth about this matter. Storm did not damage my tree's. They were healthy trees. He never told me that my trees were dying. I never told him I did not have the money to cut the trees. He really needs to finish what he started by removing the trees that was damaged from his trimming the first time.

This company lied, I hired another company to come out and inspect the trees, I will email the report today.
