Went to pick my car up after they had towed it and it was damaged. My whole gas cap was completely gone the whole outside of it. They said they knew nothing held my car excessive days do not use them.

Had a flat tire and needed it replaced with the spare tire Johns towing service showed up, and the man immediately started cussing and demanding for me to change my own tire. Then my son asked the guy if he could calm down and try to explain that were already having bad enough time, then he started yelling at my 18 year old son cussing at him trying to fight me as well. Worst experience Ive ever had in my life.

On January 22, 2024 it was an icy day and in trying to get to work, my car had slid off the subdivision road backwards into the embankment unharmed. I called AAA and later that day when the roads had cleared completely due to rising temperatures AAA sent out ****'S TOWING company to get the car out of the embankment. The owner of the towing company, ****, placed a rope on the left front wheel of the car instead of the frame and upon pulling the car out at an angle, SMASHED the back end of the driver's side against a tree and had it WEDGED there. The other tow truck that was there put a rope on the passenger rear wheel to pull it out from against the tree and onto the road. This was witnessed by a neighbor and my daughter as well as myself. I HAVE PICTURES of the car BEFORE he arrived showing the car was INTACT. The body of the driver's side rear was CRUSHED including the light that was dangling, the eyesight system was damaged, and the car was completely out of alignment causing $5800 worth of damage and in the shop 3 weeks. I was frankly shocked at the time. The towing company could have easily pulled the car out by the frame straight forward and the car would have been pulled out damage free! In contacting ****'S TOWING company to get their insurance information, I was HUNG UP ON. When my insurance appraiser tried to speak to the owner, ****, of ****'S TOWING, to get their insurance information he was also HUNG UP ON!! This company is TERRIBLE, and I am very unhappy that AAA recommends companies like this and am contacting AAA to file a complaint as well because this was who THEY contacted and sent.

My family has been trusting **** with our vehicles for many years. **** spent over 4 grand on repairs this year alone. (**** in the spring & **** most recently) yet Im leaving their lot with EVERY light on, on my dashboard. When I dropped it off, it was because of a brake issue. They remove parts to only put on other USED parts instead of admitting when a car issue is too challenging. Not to mention, they also lack the courtesy of servicing your vehicle w/out running things by the customer first and when My husband came to pickup our ORIGINAL parts after being lied to, he was told to Shutup and get out because he is trespassing by one of ***** employees. Stick to a reputable dealership folks.
